Think Big Partners: Alex Gamble: Spring Junior Copywriter Intern at ...

We love growing our company.? And perhaps the best part of growing as a company is teaching others out there to work with us.? That?s exactly why we?ve hired Alex Gamble, a startup enthusiast so passionate about entrepreneurs, traveling and writing, he could not be a better fit as a junior copywriter intern at Think Big Partners.? But we?ll let him tell the rest... ??

I have been a blogger for almost 10 years. During that time, I have also written in a variety of capacities?as a communications intern writing speeches, as an events planner writing promotional copy, as a teacher writing lesson plans and as an author working toward writing books.?

In addition to my writing experience, I also have extensive public speaking experience. I graduated from the Institute for Urban Education at UMKC, and served as a spokesperson for the program many times during my college career. I am no stranger to speaking to large crowds, whether it's an auditorium full of donors or a sanctuary full of churchgoers.?

I love to travel. I've been to Mexico three times to work in orphanages for three weeks, once to Uganda to visit rural villages for three weeks, and once to New Zealand to work on organic farms for six months. I am fortunate to have had these experiences, and they have deeply informed my worldview.

My fascination with cultural progress is what drew me to Think Big Partners. I am interested in new technology and technology applications that create mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone?customers, investors, companies and society. I am interested in working with organizations that are driving cultural evolution forward through the progressive application of new technology. Think Big has enormous potential to do just that through its extensive network and staff of visionary entrepreneurs who are dedicated to making a name for the Kansas City startup scene, while simultaneously making the world a better place.? Now, more than ever, it is feasible to foster entrepreneurial environments where everyone truly wins. I want to be a part of that. This internship at Think Big Partners is an exciting opportunity to connect with, learn from, and work alongside visionaries who are interested in harnessing the full potential of present-day opportunities to create a more robust future. I?m glad to be a part of it!?
